  • Gentleman’s Etiquette Hour (1st-4th Grades)

    Gentleman’s Etiquette Hour reinforces everyday, proper etiquette expectations. Students will learn the importance of integrity and practice social and dining etiquette skills with their peers. Students in Grades 3 - 7 are invited to build strong math and engineering skills by becoming a “Mathlete”. Activities include fun math projects as well as strengthening abilities on the the current math concepts being covered in their math classes each week.

  • Intermediate Chess Club (players who already know basic mechanics and rules of the game)

In the intermediate Chess Club Session, we will go more in depth with tactics, combinations, openings, endgame play, and positional thinking. As basic players progress through the year, they may be permitted to move into intermediate class upon demonstration of key concepts and skills. Intermediate players will have the opportunity upon demonstration of key core concepts to play for Stuart Hall’s Chess Team.

  • History Adventures (3rd-7th Grades)

History Adventures is for students who love history! In five sessions, participants will discuss topics ranging from the French Revolution to World War II. Interactive projects, fun discussions, interesting videos, and WebQuests will make the study of history into a real adventure!

  • Architecture Exploration (1st-5th Grades)

In this class, we will combining math, engineering, technology, art, logic and science to think and create like an architect. By brainstorming, designing, estimating, calculating and constructing models we will learn about some of the elements of architecture such as arches, columns, and domes. Our overall goal in this class is for you to design and build your own dream house, skyscraper, sports arena, and more!

The Stuart Hall Futbol Club will meet on Fridays in the first trimester. This club will focus on developing a player’s foundation in soccer. The emphasis will be on foot skills and player’s touch on the ball. Each training session will be 60 min. The first half of the session will focus on drills to develop a player’s soccer foundation.
