PK3

  1. A tour of the campus

  2. A completed application, including statement letter and copy of birth certificate

  3. A pre-school observation of your son in his current school

  4. A teacher recommendation from his current teacher

  5. A speech-language, hearing, and school readiness screening administered by Language, Literacy, and Learning, L.L.C.

  6. Admission committee review of child’s completed file

  7. Admission notification letters mailed in January

PK4, K, and 1st Grade

  1. A tour of the campus

  2. A completed application, including statement letter and copy of birth certificate

  3. A pre-school observation of your son in his current school

  4. A teacher recommendation from his current teacher

  5. A basic IQ test administered by an independent tester

  6. A play date on the campus for the applicant (PK4 and K only)

  7. Admission committee review of child’s completed file

  8. Admission notification letters mailed in the spring

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Grade

  1. A tour of the campus

  2. A completed application, including statement letter and copy of birth certificate

  3. A teacher recommendation from his current teacher

  4. Release of records from his current school (report cards and standardized testing results)

  5. A basic IQ test administered by an independent tester (4th through 7th grade students may submit consecutive years of standardized test scores in lieu of IQ testing)

  6. Spend a day on campus in his current grade

  7. Admission committee review of child’s completed file

  8. Admission notification letters mailed in the spring
