Knight Warrior Fitness Hour

Staying healthy and fit is so very important. It is especially important for our children. Warrior Wednesday’s will be a fitness class that teaches proper techniques, form, and developing good healthy habits at a young age. It will help them to be physically and mentally strong. We will have fun while learning to work as a team and build camaraderie through fitness. We will also incorporate the importance of a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition.
We will meet Wednesday’s after school for Warrior Wednesday! I hope your kids will come out and give it 100%! We are going to give those IPads a break and get them moving. We look forward to meeting them and helping them to stay active and healthy! Please have them bring their water bottle and tennis shoes to class.
