Stuart Hall School for Boys is committed to building, recruiting and retaining a diverse faculty. Please join us on our campus (2032 S. Carrollton Avenue., New Orleans, LA 70118) on Thursday, February 21, 2019, for our Diversity Recruitment Fair for prospective teachers.

This is your opportunity to meet with members of the Stuart Hall administration about professional opportunities within our School.

We look forward to meeting experienced teachers and college students majoring in education who are interested in teaching at the Stuart Hall School for Boys, an all-boy, Catholic, independent school.

New Orleans is a diverse and vibrant city, and our students are no different. As such, Stuart Hall School for Boys seeks to dramatically increase the cultural, racial, and linguistic diversity of our faculty.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Middle School Education

  • A masterโ€™s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Middle School Education

  • At least two years of teaching experience

  • Demonstrated ability with differentiating instruction.

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of instructional practices which focus on student-centered, hands-on, experiential learning.
