Social Emotional Learning

Stuart Hall’s counseling program provides students, parents, and staff with resources to support them in addressing any challenges they may face. Counseling services at Stuart Hall include academic, personal, and social-emotional counseling for students. Although no clinical counseling is offered, our school counselors are available to address specific issues and challenges that students may encounter during their time at Stuart Hall.

Counselors serve and support our boys through monthly enrichment classes, hosting small groups during lunchtimes, and are always present in the recess yards, working with boys through play.

The counseling program is research-based and helps our boys practice the character values of courage, gratitude, forgiveness, and compassion. This helps boys strengthen their health and resilience, improve their school community, and contribute to a safer, more peaceful, and loving world.
