Fourth Grade Participates in Mock Trial at the U.S. Eastern District of Louisiana Court

The Fourth Grade had an unforgettable opportunity to hold a mock trial at the U.S. Eastern District of Louisiana Court before the Honorable Judge Brandon Long. Arguing the case of United States v. Franklin Knight—charged with the theft of S/H First Friday medals—our students stepped into their roles as attorneys and witnesses with impressive confidence. After compelling arguments on both sides, the Prosecution Team secured the verdict, sending Franklin Knight to jail.
