2026 Suzanne Phelps Faculty Award Recipient

Stuart Hall School for Boys is proud to announce that Bridget Avants, Middle School Science and Financial Literacy Teacher, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Suzanne Phelps Faculty Award.

Named in honor of longtime Stuart Hall supporter and former Board of Trustees member Suzanne Phelps, the award recognizes an outstanding faculty or staff member whose leadership, service, and dedication reflect the mission and values of Stuart Hall School for Boys.

The Suzanne Phelps Faculty Award is presented annually to a faculty or staff member who exemplifies leadership through meaningful contributions to the school community, a commitment to service, and a lasting impact on students, colleagues, and the broader Stuart Hall community. Recipients are individuals who embody the school's pillars of Faith, Scholarship, Leadership, and Honor while advancing the mission of Stuart Hall through their daily work.

As a Middle School Science and Financial Literacy Teacher, Ms. Avants has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her students and colleagues. Through her commitment to academic excellence, student growth, and community engagement, she has made a lasting impact on countless young Knights.
